產(chǎn)品介紹

 Levofloxacin ((-)-Ofloxacin) 是一種具有口服活性的抗生素,對革蘭氏陽性和陰性細菌均有抑制效果。Levofloxacin 抑制 DNA 促旋酶(DNA gyrase)和拓撲異構(gòu)酶 IV(topoisomerase IV)。Levofloxacin 可用于慢性牙周炎、氣道炎癥和 BK 病毒血癥的研究。Levofloxacin 具有抗正痘活性。
