檢測(cè)細(xì)胞凋亡 注意事項(xiàng):細(xì)胞死亡判斷的生物化學(xué)方法,吖啶橙(AO)能透過(guò)活細(xì)胞膜,嵌入細(xì)胞核DNA,使之發(fā)出明亮的綠色熒光。溴乙錠(EB)僅能透過(guò)胞膜受損的細(xì)胞,嵌入核DNA,發(fā)紅光。活細(xì)胞呈綠色熒光,死細(xì)胞呈橙色熒光。試劑盒主要有AO染色液、EB染色液組成。
儲(chǔ)存條件: 2-8℃,避光
有效期: 6個(gè)月
