產(chǎn)品介紹

ABTS法測(cè)定總抗氧化能力的原理是,ABTS在適當(dāng)?shù)难趸瘎┳饔孟卵趸删G色的ABTS+,在抗氧化物存在時(shí)ABTS+的產(chǎn)生會(huì)被抑制,在734nm或405nm測(cè)定ABTS+的吸光度即可測(cè)定并計(jì)算出樣品的總抗氧化能力。 注意事項(xiàng):可以對(duì)血漿、血清、唾液、尿液等各種體液,細(xì)胞或組織等裂解液、植物或中草藥抽提液、或各種抗氧化物(antioxidant)溶液的總抗氧化能力進(jìn)行檢測(cè)的試劑盒。
