產品介紹

FRAP法測定總抗氧化能力的原理是酸性條件下抗氧化物可以還原Ferric-tripyridyltriazine(Fe3+-TPTZ)產生藍色的Fe2+-TPTZ,隨后在593nm測定藍色的Fe2+-TPTZ即可獲得樣品中的總抗氧化能力。由于反應在酸性條件下進行,可以抑制內源性的一些干擾因素。 注意事項:可以對血漿、血清、唾液、尿液等各種體液,細胞或組織等裂解液、植物或中草藥抽提液、或各種抗氧化物(antioxidant)溶液的總抗氧化能力進行檢測的試劑盒。
