產(chǎn)品介紹

自刀豆和豌豆等籽粒中提取而得的一種植物凝集素(1ectin)。為四聚體球蛋白,分子量102000。每個(gè)亞基含237個(gè)氨基酸殘基,分子量25500,結(jié)合一個(gè)Ca2+和一個(gè)Mn2+,含一個(gè)糖結(jié)合部位。能與α-甘露糖、α-葡萄糖(細(xì)胞膜糖蛋白上)專一地結(jié)合,結(jié)合位點(diǎn)要求是α-D-吡喃甘露糖或α-D吡喃葡萄糖六元環(huán)中的C-3/C-4和C-6未被取代羥基。能與以α-1,2糖苷鍵連接的甘露二糖和甘露三糖有最大的親和力。它為促細(xì)胞有絲分裂素(mito-gen),主要對T淋巴細(xì)胞有激發(fā)作用,凝集紅細(xì)胞和動(dòng)物精子,抑制腫瘤細(xì)胞運(yùn)動(dòng),以及延長異源移植存活時(shí)間等作用。一種重要的生化和免疫研究試劑。
