產(chǎn)品介紹

 說明:為非離子型親水性表面活性劑。氣相色譜固定柱(最高使用溫度160℃,溶劑為氯仿、二氯甲烷、甲醇),分離分析脂肪酸酯、醇、酮和鹵化物;擴散劑;濕潤劑。

吐溫(或聚山梨酯)為非離子型表面活性劑,是山梨醇與不同高級脂肪酸所形成的酯。有異臭、微苦。一般呈淡黃色到琥珀色粘稠液體狀,但因分子量差異而有所不同。酸堿度:約6-8(5%)
根據(jù)不同高級脂肪酸所形成的酯,吐溫分20,40,60,80等多種,根據(jù)不同的需要來選用。常用的有吐溫20(Tween-20)、吐溫21((Tween -21)、吐溫40((Tween -40)、吐溫60((Tween -60)、吐溫61(T(Tween -61)、吐溫80(T(Tween 80)、吐溫81(Tween -81)、吐溫85((Tween -85) 。
吐溫60是硬脂酸酯;吐溫 80為油酸酯;吐溫20為月桂酸酯,是聚氧乙烯去水山梨醇單月桂酸酯和一部分聚氧乙烯雙去水山梨醇單月桂酸酯的混合物
主要應(yīng)用為:
1. Tween 和同類型的Triton 100(聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚)非離子型去污劑可以在生物學(xué)實驗中乳化蛋白,不破壞蛋白的結(jié)構(gòu),可減少對蛋白質(zhì)之間原有的相互作用的破壞。離子型去污劑如SDS則破壞蛋白的結(jié)構(gòu)。
2. 在生物學(xué)實驗中作封閉劑,封閉所有未結(jié)合位點而不替換膜上的靶蛋白、不結(jié)合靶蛋白的標(biāo)位、也不與抗體或檢測試劑有交叉反應(yīng)。Tween-20有復(fù)性抗原的作用,可提高特異性的識別能力。在做western blot時,用惰性蛋白質(zhì)或非離子去污劑封閉膜上的未結(jié)合位點,可以降低抗體的非特異性結(jié)合。最常見的封閉劑是BSA、脫脂奶粉、酪蛋白、明膠和Tween-20(0.05 – 0.1%)稀溶液。
3.常作為水包油(O/W)型乳化劑,使其他物質(zhì)均勻在溶液中分散,主要用于農(nóng)藥、食品、化妝品。相對來說,吐溫20更溫和一些,吐溫80的乳化性更強一些。
