乳鐵蛋白(lactoferrin,LF)是乳汁中一種重要的非血紅素鐵結(jié)合糖蛋白,中性粒細(xì)胞顆粒中具有殺菌活性的單體糖蛋白。其分子量為80 kDa,主要由乳腺上皮細(xì)胞表達(dá)和分泌。
