產(chǎn)品介紹: 胰島素是由胰島β 細(xì)胞分泌的一種多肽激素。胰島素在許多細(xì)胞活動(dòng)中發(fā)揮重要作用:如促進(jìn)糖和氨基酸轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn),提高合成代謝降低分解代謝,刺激細(xì)胞生長等等。胰島素是無血清哺乳動(dòng)物細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)基中的普遍添加物質(zhì)。 重組人胰島素為重組技術(shù)生產(chǎn)的由 51 個(gè)氨基酸殘基組成的多肽,本品為白色或類白色結(jié)晶性粉末,在水、乙醇和乙醚中幾乎不溶,在稀鹽酸和稀氫氧化鈉溶液中易溶。 使用說明: 胰島素在無血清培養(yǎng)基中的濃度一般在 5~20mg/L。針對不同的細(xì)胞系,需要選擇最合適的濃度。 重組人胰島素以粉末狀態(tài)供應(yīng),-18℃以下冷凍保存。使用之前溶解,一般用鹽酸溶液(10mM)制成每 1ml 中含胰島素 1~2mg 的儲(chǔ)備液,然后除菌過濾,濾液分裝后可在-20℃條件下保存 6 個(gè)月。應(yīng)避免反復(fù)凍融。

溶解性: 在稀鹽酸和稀氫氧化鈉中易溶
